Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation for dispatch activities, deliveries, and driver communications.
- Update and maintain databases with relevant information, including customer details and route changes.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Address driver concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide necessary support for driver satisfaction and efficiency.
