Qualification
- Finished high school or have a similar qualification; having extra education in hospitality is a bonus.
- Have proven experience as a leader or assistant manager in a restaurant.
- Good at leading and working well with others.
- Great at communicating and solving problems.
- Know a lot about how restaurants work, including preparing food, serving, and keeping things safe.
- Can work flexible hours, even during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowing about restaurant management software and cash register systems is a plus.
