Key Responsibilities

• You have the responsibility to collect and empty Garbage bins, cans and dumpster into the Garbage Truck
• Operate the Garbage trucks mechanical arms or manually load waste into the truck
• You also have to separate recyclable materials from the general waste and make sure they are kept in the proper compartment
• You have to carefully and efficiently operate the sanitation equipment which may include things like compactors and conveyor systems
• You also have to communicate with the drivers qnd fellow team mates on coordination if water and Collection routes
• Follow established safety protocols to prevent the accidents and ensure well being of yourself and others
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in and around the Garbage truck and collection areas.
• Importantly you should also assist in major, general maintenance and minor repairs of equipments when necessary
• If you notice any issues, defects or incident at all, you are meant to report it to the supervisor

Qualification

Here we have to talk about things that will qualify you for this job;

• High school diploma or any other relevant Documents
• Physically stamina and strength to lift heavy materials like Garbage bins and containers
• Ability to work in various weather conditions which included heat, cold and rain even snow.
• Excellent teamwork is very important
• Attention to details to ensure the accuracy separation of recyclables.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early morning and occasional weekends
