Major Responsibilities

Here are some of the key responsibilities you have as an office building cleaner at Ariete Maintenance;

• Mop, sweep and also vacuum floor to remove all dirt, dust and debris
• Clean and disinfect restrooms like toilets, sinks and fixtures
• You also have to trash bins and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize surfaces which includes desk, counterstops and any other areas that need cleaning
• Dust and clean the windows and baseboard also clean other fixtures
• Disinfect the kitchen and properly cleaned it including the appliances there.
• Make sure the soap dispenser is filled and handsanitizers are available
• The toilets should have Sanitizers, Soaps and towels
• You have the duty to report Maintenance issues, safety hazards or any repair that is needed to the supervisor
• Avoid misusing the cleaning chemicals and apply all safety measures that will be provided for you
• Make sure all equipment for cleaning are in good condition
• Team work is very important and if you collaborate with the team members to ensure all cleaning tasks  are completed everyone will be happy
• Make sure you follow the cleaning schedules and instructions from your supervisor

Qualification

• You should have a high school diploma or any other alternative certificate
• For you to work here, it is required you have previous working experience in office building cleaning
• Should have what it takes to follow the rules and safety guidelines
