Key Responsibilities
Meat Processing:
- Utilize specialized cutting tools, knives, saws, and other equipment for efficient and accurate meat product preparation.
- Execute precise cuts as per specified portions, sizes, and shapes required by production or customer orders.
Quality Assurance:

- Ensure quality and freshness by inspecting and selecting high-quality cuts.
- Monitor meat for irregularities, taking corrective actions as needed.
Adherence to Safety Standards:
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following proper hygiene and safety protocols.
- Adhere to food safety regulations, preventing cross-contamination, and ensuring overall food safety.
Equipment Maintenance
- Regularly maintain and clean cutting tools and machinery for optimal performance and safety.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor for timely resolution.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet production targets and quality standards.
Effectively communicate regarding inventory levels, production needs, and potential issues related to meat processing.
