Task

You will need to make yourself available in both morning and afternoon in schooldays
Quick establish positive and professional relationship with passengers, their carers and parents, and the key people at the establishment of the passengers attend
Review the passenger list and any special requirements before starting the route.
Ensure the vehicle is equipped with necessary safety and assistance equipment.
Greet passengers as they board the vehicle.
Assist passengers with special needs in boarding and securing themselves.
Confirm that all passengers are securely seated and safety measures are in place.
Check for any potential safety hazards within the vehicle
Establish clear communication with passengers, providing assistance and addressing any concerns.
Maintain professional communication with the driver and transportation coordinator.
Stay informed about the route and stops, ensuring passengers are dropped off at the correct locations.
Communicate with the driver about any changes or adjustments needed.
Monitor passenger behavior and address any disruptive actions promptly and appropriately.
Implement behavior management strategies as needed.
Be prepared to respond to emergency situations, following established protocols.
Familiarize oneself with emergency exits and evacuation procedures.
Maintain accurate records of passenger attendance and any incidents during the journey.
Complete daily logs and required documentation.
Coordinate with the driver to ensure a synchronized and safe transportation process.
Communicate any relevant information that may impact the route or passengers.
Assist passengers in safely disembarking from the vehicle.
Conduct a post-route check to ensure no items or personal belongings are left behind.
Keep the vehicle clean and orderly, reporting any maintenance issues to the transportation coordinator.
Ensure the vehicle is ready for the next route.
