• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper handling, and safety protocols.
• Attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Good communication skills to report any maintenance issues or concerns.

Tasks

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• Dust furniture.
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Clean and disinfect elevators.
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
