  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including shipments, costs, and delivery schedules.
  6. Issue Resolution: Address any transportation-related issues or delays and implement corrective measures.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline transportation processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in transportation management software and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with carriers and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations, logistics operations, and supply chain management.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
