Key Responsibility

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Efficiently check guests in and out, and accurately process reservations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Manage room assignments, ensure accurate billing, and process payments using the hotel’s property management system (PMS).
• Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area, including handling mail, messages, and packages.
• Assist in coordinating with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest needs and room-related issues.
• Keep accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and room inventory in the PMS.
• Assist in managing reservations, room blocks, and special requests for groups or events.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software or property management systems (PMS).
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
