Responsibilities

1. Blueprint Analysis:
   • Interpret and analyze construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine layout and scope of work.
2. Brick Preparation:
   • Measure, cut, and shape bricks using hand or power tools according to project requirements.
3. Construction Execution:
   • Lay bricks in diverse patterns using mortar, ensuring precise alignment and adherence to construction standards.
4. Structural Construction:
   • Construct walls, chimneys, and structures following building codes and safety standards.
5. Repair and Restoration:
   • Restore existing brickwork by replacing damaged bricks and mortar as needed.
6. Safety and Organization:
   • Maintain a clean, organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

1. Experience:
   • Proven experience as a Bricklayer or in a similar construction role.
2. Technical Proficiency:
   • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
3. Masonry Expertise:
   • Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools used in bricklaying.
4. Physical Fitness:
   • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
5. Skill Set:
   • Attention to detail, precision, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
