Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Brewing Science, Food Science, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a brewery or similar role with a comprehensive understanding of brewing processes and equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of quality control methods and brewery safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and brewing software is advantageous.

Tasks:
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Resolve work-related problems.
