Key Responsibilities:
- Brewing Operations Management: Oversee all brewing operations, ensuring recipe adherence, ingredient sourcing, mashing, boiling, fermentation, and packaging for consistent and high-quality brews.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures, conducting taste tests, quality checks, and analysis to maintain product consistency.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Lead brewing staff, assign tasks, provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.
- Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop production schedules, coordinate with other departments, manage inventory levels, and ensure efficient workflows to meet demand.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance schedules for brewing equipment and facilities, coordinating repairs for proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards, brewing licenses, and environmental regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and cost optimization. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and product quality.
